I really hope you love your purchase, but art is a personal and individual thing and sometimes it just doesn’t work. I try to give as accurate a picture of colors and textures as I can, but if it’s not right for you, please email me within 48 hours of delivery to arrange return. Return postage is at your own expense and please make sure the work is very well wrapped as I can’t give refunds on anything that is damaged.  A 10% restocking fee will be charged.


Please note all the items on the Golden Harp Gallery site are vintage and therefore may not always be in perfect condition and may show signs of wear according to their age. I’m more than happy to take more photos of an item or provide further details of the vintage condition, if requested.


If your painting is damaged during shipment, please let me know immediately and I will try to remedy the situation. Please note that chipping on frames is something that does happen despite our best efforts and is one of the risks of shipping vintage artwork. We can advise on frame repainting and repairs but are unable to offer frame reimbursements or replacements.
